Return and Refund Policy

Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning the item to us. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, minus the shipping cost.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please contact us at moodboardbox@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We will provide instructions for returning the item to us, and we will ship the new item to you once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at moodboardbox@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if possible. We will provide instructions for returning the item to us, and we will send you a replacement item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
